Shipping and Delivery

At this time, enSTYLE apparel ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, shopenSTYLE apparel ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $99 to the U.S.!

* FREE SHIPPING – We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $99 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

Domestic orders over $99 are eligible for free UPS ground shipping. 2nd Day air and Next Day air are not. All products ship from Monday to Friday.  Remember that UPS does not Deliver or ship on Weekends. Will Ship In 1-2 Business Days. Orders Placed After 1:30 PM Central Time Will Be Processed the Next Business Day.

 United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.  

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.

Shipments going to APO’s, FPO’s and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

Size and Fit

What is the difference between Ultra Slim, Slim, Modern, and Classic Fit suits?

Ultra Slim and Slim fit suits are more tapered and fit the body closer, giving you an hourglass look. Modern fit suits offer the best of both worlds, they offer more room in the chest, arms, and legs than a slim fit suit, but still give a contoured look. Classic fit suits are generously cut to offer the most room all around, with a loose fit.

How do I read the suit sizes that are listed?

We list our sizes with the jacket size first and then the waist size of the pants. For example, 40R 33W is a 40 Regular jacket with a 33″ waist.

Can I alter the waist?

Yes! Most pants will give you 2″ of extra material to adjust larger or smaller up to 2″. We can make these adjustments. Let us know if the pants need to be “adjusted in 2” or adjusted out 2”. 

 

What is the length of the pants?

All of our suits come with unhemmed pants. This allows a tailor to adjust them to your exact measurements.

 Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we currently offer PANT LEGS alterations. Provide us your OUTSEAM and we will make all the necessary adjustments. We don’t the “INSEAM measurement” of the pants when we do the alterations; OUTSEAM ONLY  

 

Shipping and Returns

When will I get my order?

We ship items that are in-stock within 1-2 business day. Most U.S. customers will receive their orders within 1-3 business days. International customers will vary depending on location.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped, you may also use the Contact Us Page, or the chat button at the bottom right to send us a message (please include order #).

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, we definitely do! Transit times will vary.

How can I exchange an order?

 Items should be in NEW, UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED condition with ORIGINAL TAGS and PACKAGING.

TIES and VESTS are FINAL SALES and are neither returnable nor refundable.

 

You Must email us first for an exchange with your order number. If your order is past the 14 days, the sale is considered final. All original packaging and tags intact.

If Any Item Is Missing Original Packaging and or Hangers, they will be charged a $20.00 Restocking Fee.

If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, enSTYLE apparel is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. If the item is lost under carrier’s process, we do not proceed with the refunding process until we receive the items. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded in the same form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show up on your account.
